Sellers can also integrate with 3P shipment and payment gateway service providers to create a seamless shopping experience for buyers, thereby enhancing their sales and visibility.
Hellomall, on the other hand, is a comprehensive fashion marketplace that aggregates various social sellers into a single platform, offering buyers a diverse range of products from designers, fashion sellers, boutique owners, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) fashion manufacturers. Hellomall is designed to provide an enriched shopping experience by offering a curated selection of fashion items from various sellers, creating a dynamic and expansive marketplace.
These Terms and Conditions apply uniformly to both Hellostore and Hellomall, and by accessing or using either of these features, whether as a seller or a buyer, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein. Taptohello reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may impact your use of the Company’s products.
Introduction
Upquark Phygitech Private Limited (“TaptoHello”, “Hellomall”, “HelloStore”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website/App TaptoHello (our "Website") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.
“Sellers”can use their accounts on the Taptohello Platform to build their own online stores (“Stores”) which can be accessed by customers (“Buyers'') on our Website. Sellers can also avail various Services including from third party service providers (“Partners”).
Sellers and the Buyers shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Parties" in the collective and as a "Party" in the singular, as the context may so require.
The term “Services” refers to any services offered by Taptohello, including but not limited to:
- Providing Sellers with access to the Taptohello Platform, which includes a suite of tools, catalogue, software, features, and functionality. This integrated Software as a Service (SAAS) solution enables Sellers to register, create, and manage customised online Stores for Buyers to purchase products.
- Offering Sellers subdirectory within the Myhello.store Domain to host their Stores, making them accessible to Buyers.
- Facilitating access to a variety of additional services either directly or through our Partners, including but not limited to delivery, logistics, payment solutions, and advertising.

This process includes requesting standard Know Your Customer (KYC) documents or any other document or information needed to better understand you or as required by law. The information we collect may include, but is not limited to: Full name, Business name, Contact details (email address, phone number), business and warehouse address, Government-issued identification (such as passport, aadhar card or driver's licence), Business registration documents, Financial information (such as bank account details), contracting and other related information we receive from you or, on your behalf. We use this information to verify the Seller's identity, prevent fraud, and ensure the security and integrity of our platform. All information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
In addition to your information, you acknowledge and understand that to operate your Stores, provide our Services, and fulfill the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy, we may access, process, and share with our Partners certain information about Buyers who visit your Stores or make purchases.You agree and acknowledge that Buyers have been adequately informed of, and have given their consent to, the collection, use, and sharing of their personal data by both you (the Seller) and Upquark Phygitech Private Limited (the Company). If you partner with us to facilitate the provision of Services to Sellers, we may collect certain information about you and your business. This information helps us provide services to the Sellers and optimize the functionality of our Platform. Information Collection from Buyers
As a Customer visiting or transacting at a Store on our Platform, you understand that certain personal data, including your name, billing and shipping addresses, email, transaction details, and payment information, may be collected by Merchants, Partners, or the Company.

However, you acknowledge that this Policy does not cover the privacy practices of the Merchants or Partners you transact with. As a Seller, you agree to align with the processes and policy of the company and have no objection in sharing buyer’s personal information as per the Store’s privacy policy. This ensures that Buyers are fully informed about how their personal data is being used by the Company.

As a Buyer, when you visit or make a purchase from a Seller Store, you acknowledge that the Seller controls your information, including its usage, storage, and retention duration. Both the Seller and the Buyer agree that the Company is not liable for any disputes related to the Seller’s data usage practices.
