Shipping and Return Policy
Our objective is to cater everyone who places an order on our website and is eager to receive their Taptohello products at the earliest.
1. Shipping from www.taptohello.com
Taptohello will try its best to ensure that your order reaches you swiftly and safely.
To sustain our commitment and save time, every order booked with us shall be dispatched and delivered only to the address as provided by you at the time of payment against the order. Otherwise, separate order shall be placed with us for delivery of products at a different address.
Any product ordered with Taptohello are processed between Monday to Saturday only. Therefore, orders placed on Sunday and public holidays will be initiated and processed on the subsequent working day.
Taptohello always make best endeavours to ensure that your order is shipped in maximum 3-4 business/working days commencing from the date of order placed with us. Whereas, during festivals times, season sales or locations where the delivery address is remote, the shipment may take time up to 7 business days or more from the date of order when there are unforeseen challenging circumstances on our end. It may be noted that sundays, government holidays, and transportation strike do not include business days.
As per routine practice, Taptohello ships all the products along with its invoices. In case no invoice is received from us for the product ordered, you may write to us at support@Taptohello-life.com.
At times, it may not be possible to dispatch and deliver all the ordered products together in a single shipment either due to non-availability or characteristics of the product.
After the product has been dispatched from our end you may keep tracking the shipping confirmation with the help of a tracking ID to confirm the status of your order, approximate delivery time and the current shipping status.
All the orders placed with us shall be made only on prepaid basis. Taptohello Customers/Buyers have the option to avail payment options i.e. Debit card/Credit card, UPI, wallet, EMI etc. For the sake of transparency, Taptohello does not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option service to any of its customers.
If it appears to you that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before it is delivered, you may submit a ticket at support@Taptohello-life.com, with complete product ordered details. Thereupon, Taptohello will escalate the issue at its end and accordingly with reasonable satisfaction shall initiate either dispatch of replaced product or process the refund based on the findings of scrutiny.

2. Taptohello Refund & Replacement Policy
Any request for refund shall be entertained within 24 hours of the product received by the customer. Accordingly, Taptohello will initiate and process product refund or its replacement subject to the conditions as stated below:
a. If wrong product is received by the customer, the same shall be reported on the date of delivery. This may be noted, that the product or the box must not have any visible marks of manual tampering, scratches or damage. The QR/Bar code and the price tag on the product shall remain intact for its return or replacement, as the case may be.
b. Due to delay in delivery of the order placed with Taptohello, when the same is not received by the customer within 14 working days. In this background, the customer may cancel such order and the full product amount shall be refunded back to him/her within 14 business days from the date of cancellation. Most importantly, Taptohello shall not be responsible for any delay in refund caused due to processing either on the end of banks for whatever reason, calamities, national holidays or any other reason beyond the control of Taptohello.
c. Under conditions stated above, Taptohello may arrange a reverse-pickup service for any damage product received by the customer. Upon receipt & verification of the complete damage product along with its packaging & accessories by Taptohello, the refund or replacement of such damage product will be processed subject to its scrutiny. The price of any damaged or missing item/product, including the box, shall be adjusted against the payment made at the time of placing the order and the remaining payment will be refunded within a period of fourteen days to the customer. If the customer demands replacement, the cost of any missing items/accessories shall be mandatory to be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product.
Notwithstanding any condition stated above, if it appears that the product is defect-free, such product shall neither be replaced nor refunded, considering its looks & feel or minor differences in shades, colours or sound quality.

Taptohello warranty Guidelines
• The Taptohello warranty period for the product purchased is limited in nature to the first purchaser of the Taptohello products only. The warranty card or the warranty period shall be non-transferable during the effective time period.
• Subject to product condition and the sole discretion of Taptohello, the services towards warranty are limited to repair or replacement, as it may be.
• To avail warranty services with Taptohello, it shall be mandatory for the customer to provide proof of invoice and warranty registration details for the product purchased.
• The customer shall register a warranty service request at support@Taptohello-life.com. Our customer service team will contact the customer within 72 hours and shall make all possible attempts to resolve the problem.
• If the problem brought to us is not resolved over call or email support, Taptohello shall arrange for pick-up of the product from the given address, either for repair or replacement. In case of non-availability of reverse-pickup facility at your location, Taptohello will request the customer to self-ship the product to its warehouse and share the tracking details with Taptohello customer service team. It may be noted that Taptohello will not be responsible for any loss, damage or steal during transit of such returned product when the customer self-ship the product to us.
• Taptohello warranty coverage shall be limited only to provide repairs & removal of defects of the fault reported in the product. In case a replacement is provided, it will be done with an equivalent condition device only, with or without packaging & accessories, as the case may be.
• Taptohello shall not be obliged to cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to any property or life, sustained injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in Taptohello product.
• Taptohello shall not cover any liability or claim pertaining to any kind of rashes or skin related allergies/diseases due to usage of Taptohello product and consequently they shall not be held responsible towards any repair or replacement of the product for such issues or problems.
• While Taptohello will try to make every effort to carry out repair at the earliest, they would like to make it expressly clear that they shall be under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
• If any coloured internal or external components are to be replaced, there shall be an effort to ensure that the shades match with the original or other components. The replaced shades, patterns, tints may vary from the customer's unit due to continuous usage of the unit. Any matching components changed at customer's request will be on a chargeable basis except where the component replaced is under warranty period.
• If the customer raises a request for product replacement within the period of warranty, and the required product is out of stock at Taptohello, an upgraded model of the equivalent price may be offered. Otherwise, the customer shall neither be eligible for gift card nor the refund amount of the product. The warranty on the replaced product shall persist and apply from the date of original product purchased by the customer.
4. Taptohello Warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:
• If the product purchased by the customer is not operated according to the instructions given in the instruction manual, Taptohello shall not be liable for the same.
• If the product is damaged due to any customer abuse, repair by unauthorised persons, misuse discerned, product broken or attacked, damaged by house pets, domestic help, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, exposure of device to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, water logging in the product, non-specified charger usage, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use, defects developed due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage or acts of God.
• The warranty on any Taptohello product shall stand automatically terminated on the expiry of the warranty period of (12) twelve Months from the date of purchase or as determined on warranty card, even if the product is not in use during the warranty period for any reason. No extended policy is applicable on Taptohello products on or after expiry of the warranty period.
• Due to normal wear & tear during usage, product deterioration or peeling of its colour issues pertaining to look & feel of the product, dim display under sunlight, low sound quality due to accumulation of dust or dirt cannot be held Taptohello responsible for any refund or replacement against the same.
5. Cancellation Policy
The order placed can be cancelled by writing to us at support@taptohello.com, before the item/product has been dispatched.
• If the item has not been delivered within 14 days, you may cancel the order by refusing delivery and raise the request for refund within 48 hours from the date of refusal.
• The product refund shall be initiated and processed after the Taptohello product is received in its original packing, as delivered by our delivery partner, at our end. The courier charges @ Rs.150 per product for order cancellation of Taptohello product shall be deducted from the payment made by you.
• Due to normal wear & tear during usage, product deterioration or peeling of its colour issues pertaining to look & feel of the product, dim display under sunlight, low sound quality due to accumulation of dust or dirt cannot be held Taptohello responsible for any refund or replacement against the same.
